Cheyenne Mountain Resort, A Destination By Hyatt Hotels, Colorado Springs

My experience at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The outdoor pool area was a huge letdown due to its cold temperature and uncleanliness, which overshadowed my initial excitement. While the indoor pool was a saving grace, the rooms felt quite ordinary and maintenance could be improved. Overall, I left feeling that the hotel didn't quite meet the expectations set by its branding, especially with the associated costs.

The resort has stunning mountain views and a variety of amenities like pools and recreational activities. However, the service was inconsistent and the dining experience left much to be desired. While the overall setting is beautiful, the lack of attention to guest needs and some outdated aspects detracted from the experience.

I had high hopes for our stay, but it fell short in several areas. Although the resort has a beautiful setting and various activities, the service and room conditions were disappointing. Our check-in was delayed, which was frustrating after a long drive. The dining options were limited and the food quality did not match the price. Overall, while the location is pleasant, I can't say it was worth the cost.
